With uncertainty of the spread of the Covid 19 virus variants recently and not knowing whether speakers and judges will wish to attend when their booked date arrives, also which members will wish to attend in person. Building a program for live or hybrid events has been virtually impossible and as discussed at the recent emegency AGM it is not feasible to run the hall and conduct a online programme without raising the club fees.

Consequently all competitions, talks and members' evenings will be held online for the season September 2021 to April 2022.

We will update this information as we can.

Well done to everyone who entered the Print Competition last Tuesday.
There was one of our highest number of entries, which made for a really interesting event. 
The judge spent time giving comments on every image, and said he was very impressed with the standard of the entries, to the point where he suggested some of the prints should be entered at a higher level, which was good to hear.

Still Life night had quite a few new members attend and quite a lot to photograph. Many members had brought items and sets along with lighting for other members to photograph. Chris was also doing a small tutorial for new members that wished to find out more about Depth Of Field and other members were around helping out others members questions

Another good evening enjoyed by all.
